Coordination of all of the events during your "wedding weekend" i.e.: distribution of hotel gift bags, coordination of hotel information, transportation coordination, etc.

Attendance during your reception as your personal Event Producer and reception site contact to ensure the event runs with ease and on schedule.

Clean up and retrieval of keepsake items and personal belongings after reception (upon request).

Stay within set budget and stay on top of the various monetary elements that pertain to your wedding.
