Sarajane Landun

Based in Los Angeles and Minneapolis, SJL Events, LLC is a full-service luxe event planning and design company owned and operated by Sarajane Landun. Founded with a passion for high-end, unique, yet chic productions, Sarajane's organization, energy and keen attention to detail is what set her client experiences and their events apart.

Sarajane loves more than anything to turn her client's vision into a reality, producing ever-lasting memories for all attendees to cherish forever. No request is too big for Sarajane and her team of polished and seasoned event professionals to tackle. Whether she is producing a corporate event, holiday party, anniversary bash, birthday milestone, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, or Wedding (destination or local), Sarajane effortlessly put her client's minds at ease from the initial planning stages through to the end result affair. 

With over 150 corporate and social events under her belt, Sarajane has planned and executed spectacular events for top national brands including: Westfield Shopping Centers, Rand Luxury, Amgen Pharmaceuticals and many more! Locally she has worked with Sports Club Los Angeles and Doheny Eye Institute, in addition to producing entertainment events and weddings in Los Angeles for Ken Fuchs (Director of ABC's "The Bachelor"), Ari Sandel (Academy Award Winning Writer/Director), Ron Isley ("The Isley Brothers"), Don Diamont ("The Bold and The Beautiful"), and New Wave Entertainment.

Affiliations & Accolades

Sarajane served as a member and Vice President of Programs & Education for the International Special Events Society (2008-2009), where over the years she has earned numerous awards including:

  • International Special Events Society "Firecracker of the Year" Award (2006-2007)

  • International Special Events Society "Member of the Year" Award (2007-2008)

  • International Special Events Society "President's Award" for (2008-2009)

  • Recipient of the Marty McGowan International Special Events Society Scholarship (2009)

She was also involved with the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) (2005-2010) and Meeting Professionals International (MPI). In 2012, Sarajane received a glowing nomination for the prestigious "Social Event Planner of the Year" Award from BizBash.
